SICK :((

I woke up sick on Sunday. I think I got it from Katherine & some of Alex's family. Its NO good. I have strep again! AW YAY! Haha kidding. I get strep every 6-8months. Weird right..?

MORGAN!!

Do you know Morgan Melton? I do! She's a pretty cool cat. She loves babysitting, working with kids, singing, KARATE, reading & ministry. Her inspiration is her karate instructor Jennifer Hancock. This is because she's a single mom & has many injuries nt still does Karate like a boss!Morgan also attends Linworth Alternative just like us! She loves the relaxed environment the dedicated teachers & the respect (when it happens) that takes place here at Linworth.  Here at Linworth Morgan is able to teach her own class on Karate. Morgan says that is her favorite class because she enjoys teaching it. But if she had to choose a class that she is taking it would have to be between Chemistry & Larry's video class. "I love any Larry class." She told me. Larry is her favorite teacher. She feels that she learns the most in his classes & that she still has fun with him. He even walked in when she said that!  "Linworth has gotten me more academically prepared for collage. I have to balance everything out. Linworth has also helped me step out of my comfort zone socially & I had to learn to balance the social aspect & academic aspect of going here. My suggestion is don't mess up your Freshman & Sophomore year. I remember Sophomore year doubling two math classes. I had eight classes. You don't want your credits to get all messed up because you have too much free time. Balance is key. But most of all relax & have fun. Also save up before the end of your junior year for walk about! Know what our doing and plan ahead." I asked her if she had any ideas for her walk about. "Many!" She told me. Her dream is to work/volunteer at St. Jude's Hospital. She has just now started saving up to go there but can't go for as long as she likes because of the cost. She wants to go into nursing when she goes to collage so it would be a great opportunity to see it live in action. She also loves how St. Jude's is kids & nursing. There's a program called Baby Cuddling where she would be able to be trained over the summer & work with premature babies and use touch therapy to help with the babies. Did you know Morgan baby sits for 18 different families! Some for a low cost of $5 a day because they are not able to afford it. It shows that she does it because she loves it not because she wants the money! She also has a call towards ministry. She believes it takes a big part in her life. Her dream is to become a mom! But she wants to go into nursing first to save up money. Then she might want to open up a Lutheran Orphanage. I think that's SUPER cool!! I think there should be more people like Morgan out there!

Dream Act

I can't decide if I like this or not. Silly Obama, always trying to confuse me. I do believe in order for you to be an american citizen you should be ready to learn the language. I might sound mean when I say this BUT if you're going to move here can you at least learn to speak the language to the point where we can at least kinda understand you? That'd be great! So I understand haveing to go through the school here. & being in our ARMY or other forces for the U.S. because then it shows that you are dedicated to our oh so lovely free soon to be over populated country! On another note I don't particulary like the term "alien" used as forginers from other countries moveing in. Last time I checked they are human just like us. Not some green creature with intenas. Just a thought.

1 MONTH :D

So I've been officially dating Alex for a month as of yesterday! :D 

Man we are so cute (: Ha totally kidding...sorta. 

Well I know its lame but I'm pretty much gunna blog about my boyfriend & our lame one month even though its short I was excited about it! 

So I met Alex for the first time summer of going into 7th grade. Alex was helping at WYB Track & I remember leaning over to my friend Chandler & saying "Dood. He's so cute! Like woah!" So that was what...3 years ago? Then I remember seeing him my 7th grade year at a cross country meet. Still thought he was a cutie. Then high school came & I was actually kinda scared to talk to him, but I was friends with his sister & she sorta introduced me to him. But then he dated my friend & that's when I actually started talking to him. So we became buddies & I helped him with his problems & he helped me through mine. I've always had a baby crush on him & then I started hanging out with him a lot then things got better. We both started to like each other. Yay for cheesy love story!!

But let me sum up the way I feel about him.

Harry Alex Carter is his full name. He's a lot taller & a lot tanner then me:P HE has the biggest brightest smile that tends to always smile at the silly things I do. He has really pretty eyes & dresses all "hipster' like & what not. He's super funny he always has me laughing. & he keeps me smiling. Alex gives the best hugs & gives me the biggest butterflies!! Yeah he knows what to say to make me feel 10x's better when I'm all sad. & he even tells me I'm fast when I don't think I am. I'm never embarrassed to be around him. He's easy to get along with & very easy to be yourself with. I've never been more comfortable with a guy before. Sometimes I like looking up at him smiling knowing that he's smiling back (:

So yeah Im done ranting & being cheesy talking about my boyfriend now:P

Get Ready To Ramble

SO, yesterday Osama Bin Ladin died. It was the 1st day of May. My grandma has been dead for 5 years as of yesterday...Twitter is clogged with the boringness of Osama's death. I really do understand that its a big deal & what not. But do we need to go around bragging about KILLING someone? I think not. Its silly. I hate fights. I hate violance. I hate death. End of story. We all know we could get our nosey butts out of THEIR country & let them solve their own problems. & now we have to have PROF that he's is dead??! THE HECK IS WRONG WITH US AMERICANS. Sometimes being American is great but other times I'm kinda ashamed to the fat care about our selves & no one else country.

STING & BIEBER FEVER!

Sting

Sting is influintial for his creativity & bravery in the music world. He wasn't & isn't afarid to go out of the lines when it comes to pop culture lyrics & tunes. He can atract people who are intrested in different genres. They make it sound like you can't go wronge with Sting.

PERSONALLY I don't know much about him or his music so I felt like I had to do some creepin on him. I'm not a massive fan of his music. Not my type but I can totally see how it can atract multipule crowds. I also think he's kinda creepy lookin...& it weirds me out that he's like 60 & is still around. That takes some skill. Kinda funny that I'm about to talk about the person I'm pretty sure is going to disapear soon.

Justin Bieber

Justin wanted something. & he knew he couldn't just get it. He had to work to get there. He had to work to rise to the top. Yes he had a voice like an "angel" & is pretty bloody talented. But hey, he showed the world that an ordanary kid like us can actually get somewhere in life. He also shows them that he can do it with the doubt of people pulling him down while all he's doing is riseing up.

PERSONALLY I went through the "Bieber Fever" stage last summer for about a week. I think he has had such a large impact on the world because 1.) people either love him or HATE his guts. I think they hate him because they are jelaous of him being a real person. And a very atractive real person if I might add. 2.) He is always running a buzz somewhere. Girls are crazy about him. Its almost redicioulious. But my question is will he fall like Arron Carter? We shall soon see.

So What's New?

Well this is a "current event" in my life. SO I'm gonna tell you what happened this weekend (my life & around the world).

THURSDAY:

Last day of school for the week. Got in a fight with my dad on Wednesday so I was in a super bad mood. Had morning lifting. That was poopy. A boy in kindergarten brought  gun to school today & it went off after falling out of his pocket. Cool. Alex ditched me. Liam & I talked on the phone (: I <3 Liam! He made me happy when the loser of a boyfriend ditched me. Bros before hoes my ass. 

FRIDAY:

Today I hung out with my sister. Cried a little more. Talked to the best friend & went to the track meet. Fell asleep on Allison on the bus & saw Limitless with the track team. (It was an over night) so yeah today was uneventful.

SATURDAY:

Ran the 4x8 our whole time was 10:38 I think? My split was a 2:38! NEW RECORD FOR NATALIE :D YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!! Then I ventured to the beach with Ray, Allison, Alexa, Albert & Adam. That was fun <3 

Had this song stuck in my head all day while I was in Cleveland.

Then ran my open 800 in a 3:43...POOP

Hung out with Alex for a bit. I wanted to smack him though:P

SUNDAY:

Its Easter! Got a new shirt & lots of candy! Had the worst monocaties ever! & hung out with Mason & Alex. They're so silly:P

Full of people who think they are richer than they actually are, hollister wearing wanna-bes. Girls who think they are popular when people actually hate them; constantly wearing low cut shirts and acting like they own the world when all they own are hollister tank tops. Often talk about other girls, backstabbing is always welcome in this school. The boys love to be inapproiate and the teachers completely ignore this rude behavior. Teachers allow popular students to get away with everything.

She's my bestfriend & I love takeing pictures of her. I do it quiet often actually. So you're going to be seeing her alot.

No I do not play the uke. I wish I did. Mabey Candace will teach me. I just felt like I needed something new so I used the uke that I have & took a picture. I am a massive fan of "sepia" crisp even skin, you can see the shadows & it just adds a little extra edge to the picture.

         These bands complete my life! I listen to them everyday! In the car, on my iPod & on my youtube playlist BAND OF BANDS <3 They're so different from each other but they all have one thing in common...they make me happy! & they are all boys...except for The Young Naked & Famous. They sing to me about my life & set the mood for what I'm doing. I've recently found some of these bans & man am I glad that I did. The Beatles are classic. Who doesn't listen to them?
  When I'm sad I jam to Mumford & Sons. They sing to me about how life goes on & its gunna suck sometimes but life is bitter before its sweet so tough it out & get to the sweet chewy center of the candy. They are all Alternative. That's pretty much what I jam to.
  I HATE the radio with a firey passion. They over play songs. & the artist aren't real. Their voices are usually edited & just groodie. Radio can be great if you need oldies or something new. But I'll only listen to CD101 or 102.5. That's about it.
  You usually don't see me without my iPod. & that's why I love to let the lyrics sink into my head. The backround music is what motavates me to keep going or get pumped for running. When I run by myself I have to run with my iPod so I can run for faster & longer. Music to me is my escape. While some people go for drugs for an escape I go to music. It clouds my head with great words & lyrics. Music makes me loose control. I don't know where I'd be with out it.

Real Men Wear Pink

In class today we talked about this little boy named Beckett in the J. Crew catalog. As you can his toes are indeed painted pink. His mother Jenna painted his nails to be exact. If you look you can see two bottles of nail polish. Orange & pink. SO if the boys nails were painted orange would people think he was going to suffer through being "genderly" confused?? I think that real men wear pink. & that people are dumb. This boy is like 5. He OBVIOUSLY has no idea whether he likes boys or girls yet. I remember sitting at the kitchen table with my two sisters & little brother & him ASKING us to paint his nails. He is now 13 & is VERY straight & not at all confused on if he is a boy or a girl. He'd only be confused if we told him about being confused. People only get confused when you drown their minds with bad ideas. People. Are. Dumb. He'll be fine. The end.

Stuck In The Middle?

 The middle class is slowly disappearing. The group that used to be the majority of the population is dyeing. That scares me... More & more people are going homeless. One in four children in America are homeless. Many live in hotels, neighbors houses, homeless shelter or even their cars. This is so sad! Even some families have to be split up in order to have a place to live! I can't even imagine me being taken away from my family! My family is so close & I really don't think I could go a day with out them. But for some families its the only way they can live. I think this scares me because my parents are both teachers and are at high risk of loosing their jobs...I could be that kid hiding in a car or secretly living in a hotel and not wanting to tell anyone..I think my family would try to stay together or maybe we'd split up. I'd want to live with my best friend... I'm not sure if my family would let me but I think it'd work out living there. But I think my family would put me with my other family members. I don't think I'd like that...but I mean if your homeless what can you do? You don't have a choice of where to go or what to do. Half the time you're just worrying about getting something to eat for the night. Many families battle between the decision of food or electricity. Cold & hungry... Its scary but what would you do??

Yay!! I'm Catholic & I always felt bad that the Jews were accused for killing Jesus! I mean I totally understand where they are coming from but it is indeed wrong!! I do not believe that they did & I'm glad that our Pope dosn't think so either! I'm sure that there are still many people that do not agree with him, but I am not one of those people.
